My name is Mia Liu, a graphic designer originally from China, currently living in San Francisco. Most of my works focus on visual strategy, visual systems, branding, editorial design, UI/UX and illustration.
I have a strong passion for creating a unique aesthetic design that often involves a distinct sense of play, aiming to put the fun in functional. Strategically, my work aims to elevate graphic ideas by distilling core messaging down to its clearest and freshest visual form.
Before getting an MA degree in Graphic Design, I earned a BFA degree in Landscape Architecture. My experiences to date in design have provided me with comprehensive knowledge to diligently support projects and teams.
